Mladen Kadić – Founder and Chief Architect of CDC Project

Mladen Kadić is one of Montenegro’s architects and engineers, with extensive experience in the design, supervision, and execution of infrastructure and construction projects. As the founder and chief architect of CDC Project, he brings together decades of experience from various sectors of the construction industry, covering everything from conceptual designs to on-site implementation.

Throughout his career, Mladen has been involved in numerous projects of strategic importance for Podgorica and the Montenegrin coast, including:

• Design of luxury residential and tourist facilities,
• Supervision of the construction of infrastructure and public facilities
• Provision of consulting and auditing services for domestic and international clients.

His professional experience includes collaboration with the Municipality of Podgorica, work within leading construction and consulting firms, as well as numerous projects where he served as the responsible designer, supervising engineer, and consultant. He is particularly proud of projects that have shaped the modern identity of Montenegrin cities and tourist destinations, including supervision and audits of key infrastructure and residential complexes.
