Mladen Kadić is one of Montenegro’s architects and engineers, with extensive experience in the design, supervision, and execution of infrastructure and construction projects. As the founder and chief architect of CDC Project, he brings together decades of experience from various sectors of the construction industry, covering everything from conceptual designs to on-site implementation.
